We have a small , friendly room located in the heart of Bay Ridge Brooklyn. Our goal is personal attention at affordable prices. Our class is designed to appeal to beginners as well as experienced students.

Reiki, Deep Relaxation/Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Belly Dance, Pre-Natal Yoga, private yoga sessions and workshops on various Yoga related topics.
You will be encouraged to practice at a pace that suits your specific capabilities. The class will be based upon the teachings of Swami Satchidananda, the founder of Integral Yoga TM. This style of Yoga incorporates asana (yoga poses),pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. We are committed to giving students a true Yoga experience which will tone the body and calm the mind. This kind of Yoga can not be experienced in a gym. While many area gyms offer quality classes with great teachers, our class in this setting will let you totally experience the concept of maximizing effort and ease. Come give us a try and see what you think. As an introductory gift your 2nd class wiil be free of charge. We accept walk-ins when spots are available but you may call, or click on the link on the left to reserve a spot. We are pleased to serve Bay Ridge, Bensonhurst, Dyker Heights, Fort Hamilton and Sunset Park.

Basic Yoga is designed to challenge beginners and advanced beginners. The typical class will run 75 to 90 minutes . We begin by centering and calming the mind and some gentle warm-ups. We then move to a practice called Sun Salutation, a series of 12 poses with one flowing into the next.The next part of the class will depend on the focus of the day. The typical class will move on to back bends, forward bends , some gentle twists and deep relaxation. We close with a focus on breathing and a brief meditation (time permitting).
